Real Estate Markets are Local

Most people from out of state come to Sarasota expecting to find a real estate selling at fire sale prices. NOT true! If you want that go to Miami. We had hyper appreciation 2003 - 2006. We had investor enthusiam and did over build. But, significantly less than most all other Florida communities. Prices have decrease about 20 - 25%, year over year decline in sales has reversed and property is selling at a stepped up pace. Don’t miss this opportunity to buy.

These are a few reasons why Sarasota is a very good investment for the future: A billion dollar Waldorf Astoria complex announced last month; Nordstroms commited to opening here in 2009; Neiman Marcus commited to opening in 2009; Tiffany committed to opening in 2009; Brooks Brothers opened in January; Ohio’s Hyde Stake house opened in February; the billion dollar Bayside project to begin in 2009; Jack Nichlaus/Tony Jacklin Concessions golf course opened in late 2006; The founders Club; theater, opera, symphony; performing arts hall, ballet; polo; 35 miles of beaches; etc. If you need more reasons to consider Sarasota ….. call me 941-228-2612.
