Inventory Continues to Decline

The Sarasota County single family home and condominium inventory continues to decline. Buyer interest has been increasing consistently over the past eight months. The dollar has strengthened. Many people will doubt this data and sit on the sidelines while opportunity slips away. Savvy buyers are making their move………
