“Sarasota Market Perks Up” a recent headline in the Sarasota Herald ….. “Inventory on the Decline” another front page articile in the same paper…All this in a newspaper that prefers to focus on the negative in the real estate market. Even they cannot deny that the Sarasota real estate market, unlike the majority of Florida markets, is on the mend. Remember, real estate markets are local. If you are interested in buying in Sarasota don’t be misled by the national statistics that are quoted in the media….
