Longboat Key Club Announces $500 million dollar upgrade

The Longboat Key Club, one the most prestigious resorts in America, has recently announced a $500 million dollar project to redesign the island side golf course, improve tennis facilities, build a 20,000 sq ft spa and fitness center, build a hotel and build several hundred condominiums. This will serve to further increase property values on the Key and surrounding areas. All this in addition to its current full service resort.
Sarasota is unique among most, if not all, communities in Florida. While others are saddled with unstable markets, Sarasota is managing its current market inventory, sales are strong, and Sarasota is building and looking to a very bright future.
